How we treat it
Most plans combine two technologies — the right mix depends on fat versus laxity.

Cryolipolysis, cavitation and radiofrequency targeting stubborn fat and loose tone — on a body that's already stable, not instead of one.
Three technologies, three jobs. Cryoliposculpt (fat freezing) uses applicators with vacuum suction at temperatures reaching -10°C to destroy fat cells, alongside stimulating microcurrents and massage for lymphatic drainage — the destroyed cells are then flushed away naturally over the following days and weeks.
Ultrasonic cavitation is most effective on larger areas: low-frequency sound waves form bubbles in the fat cell that expand until they burst, releasing triglycerides for the body to clear.
Monopolar radiofrequency combines radiofrequency with ultrasound (CRF) to damage fat cells and raise metabolic activity while stimulating collagen, so it tackles loose skin and fat together.
None of it is a weight-loss treatment. Unlike dieting, which shrinks fat cells, these treatments reduce the number of fat cells in the treated area — so we reshape stubborn, diet-resistant pockets on a body that's already stable.
No. It reshapes specific areas. It works best on a stable weight, not instead of one.
Fat freezing feels intensely cold for the first few minutes then numbs. Cavitation and radiofrequency feel warm.
It varies per person, but we generally recommend our Bodyshape Card which holds 6 sessions tailored to your needs. Your free consultation sets the plan.
Dieting shrinks fat cells; these treatments reduce how many there are in the treated area, so the fat doesn't return there as quickly. Remaining cells can still enlarge if your weight climbs.
