Ingredients
  • Soy protein — the protein base of the shake, at 13g a serving, which is what protects muscle while calories are very low.
  • Fibre blend of oat fibre, soluble corn fibre, partially hydrolysed guar gum (Sunfiber®) and psyllium husk — 3.4g a serving, for fullness and digestion.
  • A full spectrum of vitamins and minerals — so that six servings between them cover the day's nutritional requirement.

How to use

  1. Add 250-300ml of cold water and one sachet of Nupo to a shaker.
  2. Shake thoroughly and drink.
  3. Take six servings across the day for approximately 800 kcal, or seven for approximately 900 kcal. Take all of them every day — the nutritional cover depends on it.
  4. Keep your fluid intake up alongside, with plenty of calorie-free drinks through the day.

Shakes can be prepared a day ahead and kept in the fridge. Should not be used for more than eight weeks, or repeatedly for shorter periods, by healthy overweight or obese adults without the advice of a healthcare professional.
