Konjac glucomannan extract (Amorphophallus konjac K. Kock) (77%), sea buckthorn berry extract (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) (22%), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; chromium picolinate; capsule shell: hypromellose; colour: copper complexes of chlorophyllins.

  • Glucomannan (konjac fibre) – a natural, water-soluble fibre that absorbs water and swells in the stomach, helping you feel fuller.
  • Sea buckthorn extract – naturally rich in vitamin C, supports normal energy metabolism and immune function.
  • Chromium – helps maintain normal blood sugar levels by supporting the effect of insulin.

How to use

  1. Take 2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before each main meal, up to 3 times a day (6 capsules maximum).
  2. Always take with plenty of water – at least 1-2 large glasses – to avoid the capsules swelling before they reach the stomach.
  3. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  4. Use as part of an energy-restricted diet, alongside a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
