How many meals a day can I replace?

Can I use it around training?
Yes. Nupo describe One Meal as high in fibre and protein, with all the vitamins and minerals you need, and low in calories, so it works before or after exercise.
Can I combine it with other Nupo products?
All One Meal products can be mixed and matched, and can be combined with the Slim Boost range. Nupo do not recommend combining Nupo One Meal with Nupo Diet, as the nutritional content is different.
Can I use it as a snack instead?
It is designed to replace main meals. Taken as an extra it adds around 200 kcal to your day.
