How to use

  1. Take one shake in place of a main meal.
  2. Replace one main meal a day within an energy-restricted diet to help maintain a weight after weight loss, or two main meals a day for weight loss.
  3. Drink sufficiently alongside — at least 2-3 litres of water a day.

Yes. Nupo describe One Meal as high in fibre and protein, with all the vitamins and minerals you need, and low in calories, so it works before or after exercise.
Can I have it as a snack?
It is designed to replace main meals. Taken as an extra it adds around 200 kcal to your day.
Can I combine it with other Nupo products?
All One Meal products can be mixed and matched, and combine with the Slim Boost range. Nupo do not recommend combining One Meal with Nupo Diet, as the nutritional content is different.
How is it different from the Nupo Diet shakes?
Nupo Diet replaces every meal of the day as a total diet replacement. One Meal replaces only one or two meals, alongside normal food.
