Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum* (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). *PHGG (Sunfiber®).

  • Sunfiber® (partially hydrolysed guar gum), 5g per dose giving 4.4g of fibre — a plant-based, water-soluble fibre from guar beans that dissolves clear and leaves the taste, smell and texture of your drink or food unchanged.

How to use

  1. Measure one heaped tablespoon (5g). That is the recommended daily dose.
  2. Stir it into at least 200ml of water or another liquid. Cold or warm drinks both work; avoid carbonated drinks.
  3. Leave the mixture to stand for a moment so the fibre dissolves completely, then drink.

It dissolves well in all drinks and can also be stirred into food, without thickening it or changing the taste. Some people notice a little wind in the first days of use, which usually settles as the body adjusts.
