How to use

  1. Apply to damp skin on the stomach, arms, legs and buttocks.
  2. Massage for three minutes.

Avoid the face and hair, and don't use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have fragile capillaries. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; if the heat feels too intense, rinse off immediately with cold water.
