  • Whole dried Guam seaweed, at double concentration — richer in the algae's natural phlorotannins and minerals than the standard mud.
  • Fucus vesiculosus and marine clay (Fuller's earth) — the clay draws as it dries and carries the actives to the skin.
  • Ivy and horse chestnut extracts — support circulation and vessel tone.
  • Oregano and ginger root oils with caffeine — the warming, lipolytic complex.
  • Menthol — adds a cooling note against the warming complex.

How to use

  1. Mix the mud thoroughly so the consistency is even.
  2. Spread evenly over the areas you are treating with a light massage.
  3. Wrap with kitchen cling film.
  4. Leave for 45 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
  5. Finish with a moisturiser or firming cream-gel. Guam suggests starting daily for the first 3 applications, then every 2-3 days, easing to 1-2 a week for maintenance.

Cautions: heat, active tingling and reddening are the expected response — rinse with cool water and stop if it feels too intense. Patch test before first use. Not recommended for sensitive skin. Avoid immediately after hair removal, and wait around 24 hours after waxing. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.

How is this different from the standard F.I.R. mud?
Guam doubles the seaweed concentration in this version, for cellulite that has not responded to the standard formula.
Can I use it on sensitive skin?
Guam does not recommend it for sensitive skin, and points to its Pelli Sensibili formula instead.
The tingling feels quite strong — is that normal?
Yes, that is the expected response to increased microcirculation. If it becomes too intense, rinse with cool water and stop.
Can I use it after waxing?

Can I use it in pregnancy?
