How to use

  1. Wear underwear underneath the leggings.
  2. When wearing for the first time, gently stretch the fabric with your hands if needed — it adapts to your body shape after first use.
  3. From around the third week of use, the brand recommends applying a Guam seaweed mud cream underneath before wearing the leggings, to keep the seaweed benefit topped up as the fabric's own active ingredient depletes.

Do not wear during pregnancy; the brand states they can be used after pregnancy. Wash at a maximum of 40°C without fabric softener, and do not spin, tumble dry or iron.
