Understanding nail care

Nail work lives or dies on preparation. Cuticles that are properly managed, a nail plate that's correctly dehydrated, product applied thin and cured right — that's the difference between three weeks of wear and lifting on day four.

We work on the health of the nail as much as the finish on top of it.

Hands and feet

Good to know

Will gel ruin my nails?

Correct removal is what protects them. Damage comes from picking gel off, not from wearing it.

How long does gel polish last?

Two to three weeks. If it lifts sooner, tell us — that's a prep issue and we'll fix it.

How often should I have a pedicure?

4 to 6 keeps hard skin down. In summer most clients come more often.
