Erbium Laser Resurfacing Peel
Erbium Laser skin resurfacing is a procedure designed to remove superficial and moderately deep lines and wrinkles on the face.
How does it work?
Erbium laser stimulates the production of collagen, creating tightening and smoothing of the skin. Laser skin resurfacing is a proven way to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, pigmentation and age spots, acne scars and other blemishes as well as tighten the skin and even out the skin tone.
This procedure removes the outermost layer of the skin allowing the underlying smoother and younger appearing skin to be exposed. The procedure also activates collagen to promote further tightening of the skin.
Erbium laser resurfacing can address multiple skin concerns including:
-acne scars
-pigmentation
-stretch marks
-lines and wrinkles
-skin tightening
What results can I expect?
You can expect healthier, smoother, clearer and radiant skin. An immediate and significant change in skin texture and tightness is noticed.
How long is the healing process?
This varies from one individual to another, depending on the depth of the specific treatment, but will generally take between four and seven days.

Stretch Marks
The Erbium YAG Laser light is absorbed by the water in the skin cells. The absorption, in turn, causes the instantaneous vaporization of the cell. It removes the outer layer of the ski , leaving newer, smoother skin. It also triggers the production of collagen, which helps smooth out the raised scars of stretch marks.
The procedure can remove both superficial and medium depth stretch marks depending on the controlled depth of the ablation and the amount of treatments performed. The Erbium Yag fractional procedure works on old epidermal pigmented cells without effecting the surrounding tissue, thus reducing healing time and promoting the skin’s natural regenerating process.
It is a safe, non-invasive procedure that results in a fresh, healthy and young skin. The treatment cannot be done if skin is tanned or sun exposed.

Vein Treatments
How does it work?
NdYag laser penetrates the skin and the superficial blood vessel or spider vein. The heat generated by the laser coagulates the blood inside the spider vein causing it to collapse and seal.
Is it safe?
NdYag laser selectively targets unwanted or abnormal blood vessels in thr skin, whilst minimising damage to the surrounding normal skin structures.
The procedure is non-invasive and feels like a series of quick stings, similar to a rubber band flicking on the skin. A sensation of heat may persist for a few minutes after treatment.
Treatment may take from a few minutes to 30 minutes or more depending on the size of area to be treated.
How many sessions are required?
A number of sessions may be required which will be discussed during a consultation prior to treatment.
Skin Tag & Wart Removal
NdYag laser light penetrates the skin tag, raising the temperature, thus destroying the roots and gradually shrinking the body of the skin tag. Soon after treatment the skin tag will appear shrivelled and dark in colour. After a few days a scab can form. Healing can take from 5-10 days.
Procedure is always performed following a consultation.
Pigmentation Treatments
Laser pigmentation removal works to safely and effectively reduce the appearance of freckles, pigmentation and post trauma pigmentation including acne scars and age spots.
The laser targets only the pigmented lesion in the skin which absorbs the light without damaging the surrounding tissue. Once drawn to the surface, the pigmented lesions will initially look darker in colour after treatment. Then the pigmented area will fade or dry and flake off, leaving the skin with an even skin tone. The process can take up to 5-7 days to complete.
All treatments require a consultation prior treatment and aftercare has to be followed accordingly.
